Hello, my name is Rorie Unrein, and I am the owner and one of the teachers at Pumpkin Patch Preschool. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website.
I have had the wonderful gift of working with preschool children for over 20 years. Helping ignite that spark in children to ask questions, figure things out and explore is one of the best feelings I’ve ever had.
Our main intent throughout the year will be preparing your child for Kindergarten, which of course, is more than just 123s and ABCs. It’s exploring our world and community. It’s how to be considerate of our friends and celebrate our differences and recognize our similarities. It’s having FUN, which is how learning should always be!
Brooke Christiensen
Hi, my name is Brooke Christensen. I’ve been a part of the wonderful Pumpkin Patch family for four years now, as both of my kids went to preschool here for two years each. I’m honored to be helping alongside the wonderful staff & women at the Patch, who I now call friends!
I can’t wait to watch these kiddos learn & explore new friendships this year! I love creating art and playing games with the littles!
In my spare time, you can find me somewhere outside—most likely at the coast with the fam and our doggie Bennie.
Karen Sipes
My name is Karen, and I have over 20 years of teaching experience in early childhood education. I have a passion for helping children with disabilities and various learning styles. I believe every child is a gift, an individual, and a blessing to our community.
In addition to early childhood education, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in music and am a local performer.
I love spending time with my family. I have a son, a foster parent, and am also a doggie mom.
